Rob Greig

Rob Greig is the Group CIO of Arup – an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, architects and consultants working across every aspect of today’s built environment. He’s responsible for leading the firm’s global Digital Technology strategy. In his previous role he led the Parliamentary Digital Services through a period of significant digital transformation to strengthen the UK’s key democratic institution. He also developed a major cyber security programme and led the response to the 2017 cyber-attack on the Houses of Parliament. Before this Rob was previously CTO of the Royal Opera House. A Fellow and chartered professional of the British Computer Society and a non-executive director for arts and not profit organisations, Rob has an MBA and degree in computing and is a champion of diversity and inclusion in the technology sector.
